How will we work?
Fill in the form
Leave your contact information. During a short phone conversation, we will talk about your sports goals, previous experience, and set a date for the first workout.
First meeting
We will do functional tests to define your A point. I will tell you about how the training process is built and teach you the right technique of most basic exercises.
The training plan
A week after our first meeting I will build your personal training plan based on functional tests' results and a number of workouts during the week.
Support
You can ask any questions about our work during our meetings and in any messenger.
Flexibility
Intermediate results evaluation and training plan adjustment.
